How Do I Cancel An Order?
If you have placed an order and it has not shipped already, you simply need to email Customer Service at lee@gochampion.net or by calling at 901-365-4830.

How Do I Change An Order?
Orders may be changed as long as goods have not already been produced. Goods produced before the request will be shipped and charged. Simply Contact Customer Service at lee@gochampion.net to get help changing an order.

How Do I Exchange An Item?
If the item you received is not what you ordered we will exchange it without any question. Orders that were shipped correctly will not be refunded.

Why Can’t I find a Certain Item/Why Don’t You Have More Items?

Why Can’t I Find My Size?
We try to offer as many sizes as we possibly can, although we can not carry everything in stock. If you are not seeing the size you need and would like to request to get your size for an order please contact us at lee@gochampion.net or 901-365-4830.

How Long Will You Have This Item?
We will keep items current depending on demand and popularity. If you like an item, we suggest to go ahead and purchase. Items that are not moving will be taken off and new items added.

When Will This Item Be In Stock?
All Items are In Stock and available for purchase, if there is any issues with delivery of goods, our Customer Service Department will contact customers immediately and post the expected dates of delivery on the website for new orders.

What Size Does This Item Come In?

What Materials Are Used To Produce These Goods?
Most items now are made with a large amount of Cotton. Although every item will have a description that will describe the materials used in each product.

Can I wash this item?
All apparel will be washable, although dry cleaning is encouraged for all shirts.

Does This Item Shrink When Washed?
All items will vary depending on the person washing, most items are preshrunk and will not shrink by any noticeable measure. It is suggested to wash on the cold setting if you must wash at home.
